We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. (We haven’t quite reached international shores yet, but we’re hoping to!)
A Little Patience, Please (Processing):
We personally inspect, fold, and wrap every throw, towel, and rug with extra care. This takes us 1–3 business days – but we promise it’s worth the wait. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our nest.

Tracking Your Order:
We’ll send a tracking link straight to your email. You can also check your order status in your account anytime.
Carriers: We work with USPS, UPS, and FedEx – whichever gets your items to you safest and fastest.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your package says "delivered" but isn't there, please check with neighbors or around your porch first. We aren’t responsible for packages after delivery confirmation, but we’re always here to help you file a claim with the carrier.
Address Oopsie?
Typo in your address? Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order – we’ll fix it before it ships. After that, we might not be able to catch it.
Undeliverable Returns:
If a package comes back to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll reach out to reship it (additional postage may apply).
